On October 23, Cam Ranh International Port, together with representatives from the Khánh Hòa Provincial Department of Tourism, various departments and agencies, ship agents, and travel companies, successfully organized the welcoming ceremony for the 5-star international cruise ship CORAL PRINCESS, which arrived at the port with over 3,000 passengers and crew members.

From 2016 to 2018, Cam Ranh International Port welcomed 19 international 5-star cruise ships. Since 2019, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, economic downturns, and various other reasons, shipping lines, agents, and travel companies had not selected Cam Ranh International Port as a destination for international 5-star cruise ships visiting Khánh Hòa. The successful reception of the Coral Princess was reported by Khánh Hòa Television, VTV, and most major newspapers, attracting significant attention from major international cruise lines worldwide, shipping agents, travel companies, and domestic and international partners and customers.

Colonel Nguyễn Tuấn Anh – Chairman of the Board of Members, and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Lệ Thanh – Director of the Khánh Hòa Provincial Department of Tourism presented flowers to welcome the crew and passengers.

Colonel Nguyễn Tuấn Anh – Chairman of the Board of Members, and Lieutenant Colonel Đặng Anh Diệp – Director of the Company presented gifts to the Captain and crew of the ship.
The event has opened up numerous development opportunities not only for the local tourism industry in general but also for Cam Ranh International Port in particular, allowing it to achieve the goal of successfully receiving international 5-star cruise ships in the near future.
